Could anybody tell me exactly what this is, and where I might find more of them? Or recomend a better tool to accomplish what it does?

A 1/4" lug wrench? Lol I don't think so. I'd call that an L wrench

Get some cheapo extensions, heat 'em up and bend 'em. Then cut the female end off.

Who said it was 1/4"?
Is that not graph paper it's sitting on? The fact it's slightly out of focus also leads me to believe it's pretty small. I could be wrong.
