A Friend Bought this at a garage sale.
He asked me what I thought that it was.
I am not 100% sure.
Its Made in USA
and it has a "9" stamped into it, but no Name.

Anyone have a Clue???

It's a "saw set". It presses the teeth of wood saws sideways a controlled angle, to set the cut's kerf. You would use it after filing the teeth.

I used mine yesterday to set the teeth on an older crosscut handsaw that I had just sharpened.
