Here's what is stamp on it, on the one side Pony and on the other Pat Mar.27
Oct. 9 (I think it's a 9, it could be an 8) 1900.

No it dosn't. At least not any that I have ever seen and I've seen alot of them. I say rivet or eyelet press also.
