what is this tool?

I was wandering through our local restore and came across another of these tools without a label or info and was wondering if anyone can identify it? my best guess would be some sort of automotive cam lock tool but I really have no idea.... it may have come from Princess auto

Thanks!! turns out that it is a cam locking kit for the 3.0 and 3.2 ecotec engine... and is missing a couple pieces.
