What is this tool?

At a sale, I bought a box with an old Craftsman electric soldering iron in it, along with solder and paste and such. This little tool was also in there. Anyone know what it is? It's shaped kinda like a reamer, but I think it's made of cast iron.

looks like the kind of iron you would use on a vintage torch. Probably not part of the kit you bought but a nice add on.

It's only 5" long. I think the handle would heat up pretty fast.

It also looks like some paint scrapers.

Reamer/ de-burring tool for copper pipe. Possibly cast steel with case hardened blades.
