What is this tool?

Can someone tell me what is the name of this tool? I found it in the back of my store near telephone and network equipment, so I assume it was left there by a technician at some point.

Ideal brand makes electrical tools, just like Greenlee, and Kline. It appears to be a wire stripper...probably why you discovered it near the communication network.

+100. Been around for years, the cool ones have wood handles. The tech probably left it there so he would have it when he came back.

Back in the ma bell days you'd find them lying around the "telephone room" at work all the time.

The blade that's in it is for 66 blocks. The other blade is for 110 blocks and terminating CAT wire on jacks. One end of the blade is the puncher, the other end is the cutter.
