What is this tool used for? I'm guessing some sort of trim installer? Thanks

The two sets of blades can be loosened and rotated to the correct size for the project.

My guess it is a staple puller / pry tool

I believe you are right with your first guess. It spreads out the rubber window seal and you push in the chrome or black trim.

Found it. Made by Lisle, it installs the locking trim for windshields. Thanks for the insight.
