Got this today in a lot I bought and cant figure out what it does. Thanks for the help guys and ladies.

Wallpaper seam roller (but can be used for other jobs when a small roller is needed)

Some type of roller, maybe rolling fabric onto a backer of some sort?

Maybe a laminate roller if not one of the others suggested.

What's the outside (ribbed part) of that roller made from? That'll help us pin down an answer.

It looks like plastic to me.

I'd say it is for material or paper to add some crimps to the edges. It could possibly be for pie crust also

i think the pie crust idea is more feasible due to the indentations
