Sorry for all these questions tonight, Today I bought a box with various items in it and it included this in which I have not idea of what it is, any help would be great!

From the green color (it is green right???) coming from a color blind man it looks like it could be either a Powermatic or a general product.

Or someone just took out a spray can and made their own.

Powermatic used to be (key word) that color before they went to gold.
And General which I own is that color green (is it green???).
