What is this? My grandfather worked for the phone company and was an amateur radio ham. Maybe some kind of wire stripper. But it also is a bottle opener.

That's neat. It looks like an advertising promo item/multi tool is what it is. Not sure but, maybe those two wheels are a wire stripper like you said. Could the little wheel be a glass cutter? The V side an alligator wrench. The other end a tack/nail puller.

yeah... looks like a "multi-tool" that was given away as a promo item:
alligator wrench, glass cutter, tack puller, saw, bottle opener, screwdriver, ruler, and I'm guessing the two wheels are a knife sharpener and the half-round tapered cut-out at the other end is the wire stripper.

Design for a multi-tool incorporating screwdriver, opener, rule, alligator wrench, knife sharpener, tack lifter, and glass cutter -- the tool was distributed as an advertising specialty.

I don't know how joe_padavano came up with that, but you can use Google to search by image.

https://images.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl

That's an option, and sometimes works. In Chrome, you can add the Extension "Search by Image (by Google)", which lets you right-click on an image, and search for similar images.

Unfortunately, when I did that with the OP's picture, I didn't find anything close to correct.

Does that extension do something other than Chrome's built-in functionality of right-click and "Search Google for image" ??
