Hey all, my father passed away a few months ago and while cleaning out the garage I found this old grinder, cutter well I'm not to sure what it is exactly. Any help identifying it would be much appreciated

That's it. Thanks. I tried google image search with a couple different pics and it just kept showing bench grinders. I knew it had to have a specific purpose of cutting something small

Sorry to hear about your pops! Damn that looks like it would be an amazing piece of equipment to restore. Google image search is tough.. sometimes you need a white background with a very clear pic of the item for it to work. I have been there many times with google.

Designed to cut steel braided hyd hose. They work very well.

That design is still in use today.
