I bought some clamps at an online auction. There were a few old wrenches etc included. I didn’t know what this one was at first.
Thought it would be interesting to see what some people thought it might be.
I'm going with a wrench for for a tamperproof lockwing valve. Like seen on gas service valves. I have used a few bung wrenches and it could be one but nothing like I've ever used.
