Swapmeet near me has a guy every weekend with a dozen or so bins of SnapOn all pretty much 30% of new price.

Orange Coast College, near the Orange fair grounds off the 55 fwy, every Sat and Sun, 7-3 I think, guy is in the second row from the west side entrance.

Top of table are bins of wrenches and sockets, kits and air tools below it. I haven't checked his prices on a all the different stuff, just sockets, so prices may vary. Booth is full all weekend with mechanics buying stuff, so must be pretty decent.

I've done a little write up on each of the local swapmeets;

Most of the time a dealer resells a repo they want what the guy owed on it, which is usually almost full price. For example, I have seen an aluminum jack that was all beat up and he was only knocking $20 or $30 off new price.
