This was my Granddads, my guess is it's from the 1930s maybe. Marked from 1.0 to 6.5 in 0.1 increments. It's about 9" x 4".

Thanks so much. I always thought that but the numbering didn't make sense. I have lots of things that were Granddads that have sentimental value.
