Sometimes, I want to remove a hose and plug it up temporarily, so it doesn't drain. Like say you are disconnecting a gas line. Or a brake line. Or even a coolant line, which is bigger.
Have you ever just tried to rubber band some Saran wrap over the end? Seems crappy.
What sort of things do you have to plug up a detached line for a bit? For a hard line, I almost want to buy an assortment of rubber corks or something. For rubber, I guess I can buy some kind of "pincher" pliers? Are they called hose clamps? Not a fan of pinching rubber flat, in case it stress cracks.
