What kind and year this vise?

I am looking for my first vise, after reading here I liked the idea of getting an old one and restore it.

I found this one in CL but I never see this style before. Any idea the kind and the age of this vise.

Some brand of run of the mill light duty vise, maybe from the 60's. Name may be on the opposite side. If the price is right, go for it. I started out with one similar from the flea market and have since added a couple more bigger and heavier ones.

I wouldn't pay too much if I were you. $15 to $20 tops. Def a light duty vise. Reeeealy light duty.
