what kind of pullers are these

I recently picked up another batch of old tools, and there are a few items (automotive pullers, and what looks like a small compressor / puller) that I cant exactly figure out. Can anyone give me the low down?

Timing gear puller
Lifter puller aka tappet remover
Hub puller (older jeep, dodge,etc)
