I have a grooming room/bathroom in the garage with a big opening looking in to the garage. I am going to put a window in. Wanting oppions on what would look good. Thought about just a piece of glass, but dont think it would look good being so big. Any help would be great.

First Question - Why do you want a big window between the bathroom and the garage? Don't other people use it while you (and other people) are in the garage? A little privacy goes a long way.
If you're set on a window, I'd go with one way glass where you could look out from the bathroom but it would look like a mirror from the garage side.

There will be blinds, If i use a see through glass. The reason for the big window is the wife uses the room for grooming dogs and she is very claustrophobic.
