I already try in the hamb and got little help so ill try it hear as well

This is probably one of those idiot questions but anyway here it goes.At the end of last year my high school auto shop i was having to clean out the back room and trash all sorts of old "outdated" tools and parts well anyway my teacher told me any thing i could haul in my truck i could have.
In doing so i came across this snap on box with a motor and other stuff in it and asked the teacher what it was he said he thinks for an alternator so i still don't have a clue.
if any one as any idea or please post thanks 71

Pictures are to small for me to see any detail, but my first guess is they are tools for turning the commutator and cutting the insulation between the copper on a generator, just a guess.

Have any normal size pictures?

pics are a little fuzzy, but i agree with grigg thats it's probably an armature cutting set

the box looks similar to the one i have for my armature cutter, and some of the pieces look similar
