What lights for a 34x40x12 using conduit?

I need help deciding what lights to use in a 30x40x12 finished shed. Because I am using a steel interior walls and ceiling, I will have to run conduit. Please advise me...this is complicated.

I installed 12 of the lights that rickcnc mentioned in a 30x50 shop with 14' walls. I used the 6500k bulbs and it lights it pretty well. I spaced them to make it easy to add up to 12 more lights with little modification to the existing lights if they decide they want more light.
