If you plan on moving from shop to shop, youre gonna want a good quality box. I've gone through a lot of **** 1000$ brand new boxes (Canadian Tire brand Mastercraft, home depot brand Husky, ect) from moving shop to shop due to a lot of bad bosses/mechanics, and me not taking their hack job ****. A little over a year ago i bought a Matco dual bay 6s box, and its been a god send. The casters are huge, have suspension, and rolls like a dream. The box is 1300 lbs empty, so you can tell its made out of some quality steel, or they filled the bottom with concrete. The rails are a dream, other than they get a little sticky sometimes. I've filled them with grease and it seems to help. For the last year or so I've worked for Honda, which is different for me, being that I've traditionally worked at independent shops. What I've learned working for a dealer is you dont need a huge box like what I've got. All you need is a nice sized(and quality) cart. Now in the states, you have some more options than we do up in Canada. Personally I'd buy a matco cart. Make yourself buddy buddy with your Matco dealer and see if he can find you a really good deal on one like this

This will last you many many years, and will fully serve you until you can afford to buy a nice box.

Another option is to buy a cheap harbour freight cart, buy some good tools, and be pissed off every time youre rolling that POS around, but have some better tools. lol
