I am headed to look at this top box and would like to know what it is worth.

I know the bottom is a cornwell and not worth much.

thanks

Top is a late 80's KR637. 33" wide, 18" deep ~19" tall. Value, IDK, what are they asking for it? I'd say maybe $200-250, for one that is in good used condition. Meaning no rust, straight, no large dings, all drawers work properly, needs nothing mechanical, maybe just a good cleaning. If it does need work or parts start going down from that. I could see a really nice one going for maybe $300+, but your average used one less. I have the same box, but it needed quite a bit of work and I lucked into a good deal on it.

I wouldn't discredit the bottom box right off the bat. It could be a decent vintage box, yea maybe it isn't a top of the line SO from the era, but I'm sure it is a pretty good box. :dunno:

Those better be some valuable tools for that setup to be $1000 IMHO. :dunno:

How much did they want for just the empty boxes, specifically the top box? What did the tools set you back? Looks like some nice stuff. Were the boxes full of tools or just sprinkled? :dunno:
