Sorry for bad lighting i was so excited to post pics. The gear wrench wrench racks are 1,000,000 times better then craftsman ones. 33 wrenches total. Bought them from "Skin" aka Nate and i am very please.

What do you guys think!?!?

are those Gearwrenches without the actual ratcheting box end mechanism? I didn't know they even made those. Personally I find the ratcheting wrenches so damn useful I couldn't go without it. Those look real nice though.

They 'make' just about everything now, check their catalog (the .pdf one) on the site.

Out of curiousity, China, Taiwan, or other? I've been wanting a set for the same reason, but I'd strongly prefer Taiwan over China... never heard of a Taiwanese lobster claw, anyway.

Why's it a shame? Lol

As for coo- dk. Is there a way to tell?

Ratcheting wrenches don't always fit. Or provide enough torque. Plus length helps get to hard to reach places where you needs a combo.

Usually on the packaging with them, I don't recall if they use a plant stamp like CM on each tool.

Either way, they look pretty good, especially for the money. Hopefully one day I can spring for a real-sized box and have room for the huge 44-piece set

happy they arrived safe for you. COO was only on the retail package and they were Taiwan. I've had them since before they even started using factories in China. There are factory markings on all gearwrench wrenches but I've never seen a chart to decipher them.

why was skin selling them?

Those are 2 of about 20 sets of wrenches that I had of varying brands. As much as I like to experiment with each brand it was getting ridiculous to the point where i'd never use half of what I have. Rather move them along to someone who will use them.

Ratcheting wrenches are very useful, but they could never replace regular combination wrenches.

Good buy! I really like the Gearwrench items I have, I think they are a great value priced brand.
