I wouldn't know. The 120/240 50A plug seems to show up on the bigger RVs with AC. The voltage of the equipment itself would be up to the manufacturer, or what the owner decides to install.
There are no 240 volt loads. All the A.C. units are 120 volts. If you install 240 volt air conditioners, you wouldn't be able to run them at all using a cheater to use a 120 volt receptacle.
An RV with a 30-TT usually has one AC that draws something like 13 amps at 120 volts. If you're not using anything else in the RV except the AC, you
could usr a 15 amp receptacle (I've seen it but don't recommend it, but it is possible).
An RV with a 14-50 usually has 2 AC units that both draw something like 13 amps at 120 volts. With a cheater cord to 30-TT you van run 1 AC with not much else running.
Add in some other loads and that's why you need more power on the larger RV's.
Gotta remember, some refrigerators will switch from propane to electric when plugged into power.
There's a microwave too that will be about 15 amps at 120 volts.
