what next...drip edge or fascia/crown

Hi,

So what would be the best order to do the next couple things...

Will be finishing the roof deck in the next day or two...

Do I then move to drip edge, paper shingles then the fascia with crown molding

or

Fascia and crown molding and then to the drip edge, paper and shingles?

Also, does anyone have an idea of what the cost of the LP Smartside fascia board trim costs per linear foot? 1x6...pre-primed but not pre painted?

trim board, paper/ice and water sheild, drip edge then shingles, i dont know how a crown fits into this since it really doenst impact roof installation...

Fascia/molding 1st then drip edge.
