Hello everyone finally have a question to ask anyone. Have a 26 by 32 all cement block shop.Getting around to painting inside walls first i power washed the walls then i put two coats of drylock on. Question is what kind of paint to put over drylock like to go with high gloss white anybody heard of pitt teck by pittsburgh paint? Thanks for any help.

Sherwin Williams has good concrete finishes and are no more expensive than big box stores.

For the 60 year old never painted interior of my block garage I recently used Sherwin Williams A-100 Exterior Actylic Latex in Satin Finish. I believe it also available in Gloss but the Satin was plenty glossy for me.
I first primed it with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer and top coated with 2 coats of the A-100 Exterior paint. In your case the DRYLOC is your primer since it is made to deal with the PH of the masonry like the Loxon
I used the exterior paint on the interior since my garage is detached and is currently unheated. I felt the exterior paint would deal with the extreme seasonal temperature and humidity changes in my garage better than an interior paint.
The paint as only been on like 5 months so who knows how good it is going to ultimately be. I typically end up spending so much time prepping before doing anything that I never cheap out on the paints. Too much up front work to cheap out on the last steps.
Can't comment on the Pittsburgh Paint but the Sherwin Williams paints seem to be on sale more often these days than they used to be. Of course given the season I don't know if Exterior paint will be on sale anytime soon but that may depend on which area of the country you are in.

I would recommend semi-gloss over gloss. Gloss has glare. Well, at least in a well lit room like my paint booth. A garage with a few 100 watt bulbs may not matter.
