what prep before PVC tile install?

I have new garage concrete about a year old.

it does have some hairline cracks because the installer didn't do any stress cuts in it.

I'm wondering what sealer/densifier/etc. i should use prior to installing pvc or racedeck type tiles.

I think I have read I should use sikaflex to fill the cracks too.

Siliconate penetrating sealers are great to use. 1 gallon will do a 2 car garage and they can be purchased for under $50.
