What pressure do use for your cabinet blaster?

My current setup has a primary tank (80 gallon) set at 110 psi on and 160 psi off. My 2 secondary tanks (80 gallon each) are at my regulated outlet of 90 psi.
Currently my cabinet inlet is a regulated 90 psi so my compressor pump starts more frequently. I've just installed a mag. starter switch (5Hp motor IR 2500 compressor) and everything works smoothly. If I can hopefully regulate my cabinet inlet to 80 psi at the cabinet I'll reduce compressor noise.
Where is your cabinet blaster pressure set?

Thanks Movin/on

Setups will vary on the type of cabinet, feed and the type of guns and tips. Some can run as low as 50 to 75 with a really efficient hopper style setup and low consumption BNP gun and tip. If you have a suction setup and one of the generic trigger style guns you are going to use a whole lot more pressure and you will need a pretty high CFM to pull the media up.

What media? Suction gun? Glass bead doesn't require much, 50-60 PSI works fine. For sand or aluminum oxide I use 80 PSI, sometimes more
