What products for pitting, then coating?

My new to me garage has some pitting going on in the center of the floor assuming from oil, coolant, or whatever else may have been spilled there over the years. At the risk of beating a dead horse here, I'll ask what products people have used and had a good experience with. I've read mixed reviews on a lot of products and would like some real life feedback. I also know that prep is the key to any product working properly and I am going to do it right.

I'll get better pics up tonight

What are your plans for the floor?

Want to fix the pitting and a couple small cracks. If I have to skim coat the whole floor I don't mind doing it just want it to last. After repairs I want a good looking garage floor probably an epoxy with flake. Most common things being done in the garage will be auto maintenance, metal fabrication and welding, some woodworking, small parts powdercoating so ease of clean up is a nice bonus.

Since you are thinking of an epoxy coating, your best option would be to fill the pitted areas with a mix of 100% solids epoxy and silica sand. I believe Legacy industrial has such a kit.

Chip away any loose concrete that may be present and then make sure the area is cleaned real well, including the oil stains. Apply your epoxy aggregate mix and smooth with a trowel.

I've been doing a lot of reading today on allgaragefloors.com some really good information! I also emailed Legacy Industrial to see which kits they recommend. Looking to do this right, one time, and get the best results I can. I appreciate the info!
