I am looking for a mid grade $20-$40 lantern I can send with my daughter to college. Looking for one with usb charging of phones etc and a decent run time. I am not a camper and I have a whole house generator now, previously used kerosene lamps when we had a power outage, which I think the college would frown upon her using.
I don't think they will have a lot of power outages but I would like her to have some light just in case. The dorm room is 11x15 so doesn't need to be super bright just enough to read or play cards by. I will raise my budget if needed cause I am just guessing that $20-$40 is enough.
