What seal installer set do you recommend?

It's time to replace the output shaft seal on my Nissan. Today I ordered the seal and searched on the tool truck equivalent's thread and didn't see any seal pusher sets on there. Found a few on amazon, but wanted to ask here before buying. This forum tends to steer me in the right direction.

Any personal experience you have to share would be appreciated.

For transmission seals on my Nissans Ive had great luck with this one.

Dont use the other kit, my buddy had that and it was awful.

Harbor Freight has a store that is less then one mile from my house.

The HF kit is a clone of the ATD/Lisle, so go for the lowest price. The other set you linked to is a nice one to have also.

I have the 10 piece HF set. very good set IMO.

Here's another vote for the HF set. I used them on y press to install wheel bearings. I might pick up a second set just to have more spacers as needed.

ive got a few assorted pvc couplings and pipe i use. never done a nissan, you may find similar results.

i keep a 4" flat pvc cap for doing front and rear main seals on gm ls series engines. 4.8 5.3 5.7 6.0 6.2 etc...

When I worked for nissan I just used a ground off 3" extension and a hammer for the output seal or one of these.
