I have a 20x24 detached garage that I store my mowers, atv, boat, tools, etc. I am drywalling the garage, adding closet storage, and slotted wall panel system to organize the place.

But I dont know what to do with the floor. I dont think I want to epoxy or tile it because this garage really isnt a showplace for vehicles, and I dont think paint is the answer.

Right now the floor collects dirt from wheelbarrows, mowers, etc. i want something that will be easy to clean. what about cleaning the floor and applying a sealer? Any ideas?

Might as well paint it if you are going to seal it anyway. Or put a rubber garage matt down where you bring in the dirty stuff and rinse it off every now and then. With either paint or sealer the floor will sweep and/or rinse easier.
