well I have a student discount with Snap-on so I'll give you my prices right from the Student Excellence Program site, usually stuff on ebay is similar to my price for the used/new stuff, so go from there

IP80D originally $51.50 - $26.78
IPF800B originally $42.75 - $22.23
PPC710BK originally $190 - $98.80
212EFTXY originally $291.70 - $151.68
FLF80 originally $109 - $56.68

and for the matco extensions, I dont have a price for the 1/2" impact set from Snap-on about $75 for the 1/2" impact set (304IMX) originally $146.75
but here is my price for the snap-on regular 5pc extension set (305ASX) originally $158.25 - $82.29
and for the 3/8" impact extension set (204IMXA) originally $83.75 - $42.72

the Matco set (SCX3KL) is $164.50 list, so maybe $85 for that set

I dont know what they paid for the tools so that should give you a price range to go from

Edit* I had that I didnt know what condition the tools were in and read your post to see they are new... $425 seems pretty fair

50% of list for as new truck tools you want is about right for most of it. The dual 80s tend to go higher than that though. If you really need them consider going higher.

My rule is 50% of truck price tops for new or used tools unless it's something I really need, then I will consider spending more. $425 seems pretty fair to me for new.

Odd mix of tools I doubt I would use much, being new does zero for me, so maybe $150. If its stuff you both want and need, maybe $300. Torx driver sets are cheap, mostly I prefer to use either a bit or a bit in a socket.

$375-400 would be a great deal That Torx set is worth at least 140 alone. Those never go cheap as they are the best of their kind and desired by any serious mechanic. In fact, that was the first sO tool I ever bought, as no other torx driver could stand up to the torque requirements for intake manifold bolts.
