What should I pay? Old Walker Jack (4 ton)

I don't have much information to go off of right now, but I have an opportunity to pick up a Walker floor jack. The description says that there is a broken piece in the saddle area and that the pump needs to be rebuilt. The asking price is $50.

I'm in need of a new floor jack, and this would potentially be a fun (or awful) project. I see that many have rebuilt these Walker jacks. Are replacement mechanical pieces available too?

Depending on the part, you may be able to make it, or have it made. Other than that I suspect it would require a donor unit unless it is current production.

Need some more info on what Model etc... "Some" Hard parts are still available and i also keep a large selection of Used parts on hand. Obviously without seeing the jack i cant give you a good estimate on what its worth but $50 bucks for Jack that needs to be rebuilt and has a Broken Part near the Saddle leaves me Hesitate to guess the Overall condition. Im not saying its Not worth $50 bucks, But It better Not have any other major issues.

Check with HIBALL before you buy...He may need the cyl diameter.. might be chinese junk and you can`t find a kit for it...
