just ordered new tires and tubes for my mini backhoe. tires are 9.5x16 turf tires. nothing wrong with the older tires pictured. i dont use the mini backhoe to earn a living i just use it around the yard and the aggressive tires were tearing up my lawn, especially in the winter when the lawn is soggy for months. the old holes for the inner tube stems were rotted out and were about an inch diameter so they were no help. i squared up the rusted out holes and welded in patches, i'll grind them down tomorrow when they cool off. then drill new holes in another location for the inner tube stems. the info on the web says around 5/8. this seems a little large. is this right?IMG_0535.jpg

5/8" seems correct to me but I would measure the stem on the inner tube to make sure you are not drilling it way oversize.

Also some farm tubes have "big bore" stems of around 3/4".
