What size reznor/modine?

40x56x14 Pole barn. Insulated with r19 on the wall and r30 ceiling. 3 insulated overhead doors.
Big space.
Keep it above freezing when not there.
Located in Western NY, cold snowy and breezy on top of the hill .

I heat twice that space with 100,000 tube heater in nw iowa. 40x100x16. Two 12x14 overhead doors

Well, around here in balmy North Dakota we generally use 25-30 BTU per square foot. Add the tall walls and I go with 30 BTU, so it comes to 67,000 BTU. 80% heater, so 84,000 BTU. Modine goes 75K, then 100K. I don't think the 75K will do it, so the 100K.

About half the people here think I am crazy and want to go with a 200,000 BTU, so I recommend the 100K and at the most 125K.
