I got this with a bunch of **** today and cant figure out what brand it may be, anyone seen this before?

Impossible to tell from the handle and knob as both of those things were added to the original tool. Can you find any stampings anywhere on it?

Brian is right someone added the rubber hose handle and the knob at some point in the tool's life. Most of them had a stamping somewhere on the tool; if you can not find it you will never know who made it but it it still a useable tool.
