Between home & work I've had Snap On, Mac, Craftsman Pro USA, & Matco ratcheting stubbies. They've all been good.

About 3 years ago I was given a set of Buffaloes (chinese) stubby wrenches. Both sae and metric. Sae goes up to 1" Seems like metric goes to 24.
I think they sell for like 20 bucks for all 20 pcs.

Gifter upgraded to another brand since they were pretty chromed ones vs. the old raw unfinished ones I ended up with. I rarely use them but they are there tucked in the back of my wrench drawers if I were to need them. I think the 15/16 has seen more use than any of them. Its something that is not common in my field of work, or that is needed on a daily basis. Most of the guys I work with dont even own a set at all.
