Help! I've searched the internet for these Cornwell tools, numbers VM-V610 and VM-V612, and I know I've seen them before, but I don't remember what they do.

Anyone out there in Garagejournalland have a clue? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about nails, but I've always seen them advertised for removing these types of fasteners (and others):

Wire harness is held to components with a version of the "christmas tree". These long handled tools come in handy to release them. They usually break but these work best with a bit of work.

The long one works good for putting springs on 4707 brakes .

Sometimes there is a trim fastener in the center of a door panel, the long bladed one is great for that and helping you with buried connectors.:beer:
