What the heck is this

So I found this and don't have a clue what it is. May not be a tool but I don't know. Found it out hiking one afternoon.

guy I know said it may be an old hammer hence why I'm posting here. If it's not then any help including a better forum to post in would be nice

Looks a lot like a drawbar pin or a clevis pin that holds the blade yoke on my bulldozer.

That would make sense since it was found near a fire road. I've found a bolt with a 1 1/4 head near one of the roads as well
