What to build?

Any ideas on what to build with this stuff?
I have close to 60' of this aluminum.
I do have the equipment to weld it up, both MIG and TIG.

Looks like wall studs for a dry van? Not sure what your into but we use to build dog boxes for rabbit/**** dogs out of that stuff.

Start a trailer? Using that for the majority of the frame? Aluminum trailers are nice!

That was my original plan, for an aluminum trailer for the back of the fiver. Had a life altering accident, so, no more need for the bike trailer. Maybe a utility trailer, hmm...

Roof cargo racks for expedition type vehicles.
My generic Surco rack runs close to $1000 with add ons.
Yuppies pay LOTS for custom racks.

I think the aluminum is a little on the big side to look good as a rack, although it sure would be heavy duty!

How thick is that 1/4"?

Its probably about 1/8" with 3/16" flanges.
