What to do on Attached Garage with 13.5' Ceilings

The house that I'm currently building will have an enlarged 3-car garage with 13.5' ceilings due to a significant slope in lot from rear to front.
I plan on buying 2- 44" HF rollers along with a 41" SS Craftsman stacked chest I already have. I would hate to waste all that available space from 6' and up. Has anyone installed 7' tall chests on the wall. The upper cabinet would be used for infrequently used tools. Any suggestions?

That's in the overall plans but also have to layout a separate 960 sqft woodshop. And do some custom built-ins and hardwood flooring throughout the house. I have a LONG list.

My workshop has roughly the same height ceilings. I used pallet racking to make use of the vertical space and use a 4 post lift to get heavy stuff up on the racking. I made bench tops in the racking too.
