What to do with new floor?

I am leasing a 1500 commercial space, The unit is new and unused. I have a small machine shop so the floor will get splashed with coolant from a cnc machine and also parts cleaner fluids. I am not sure if I want an epoxy paint or can the concrete get like a clear coat on it? I need something That I can mop easily and also has a nice shine to it. I don't want to spend a fortune on a leased building but, I don't want to waste money on something that won't hold up!! any advice is appreciated.

Go with a 100% solids Anti Skid epoxy (no flake). Get us MSDS sheets on the "the floor will get splashed with coolant from a cnc machine and also parts cleaner fluids." and we can determine which of our top coats will have the best resistance and possibly, if necessary reformulate for you specifically.

I am not sure if the new floor was sealed or not, can i put water on it and see if it absorbs it? If it is sealed and I want to epoxy it will an acid etch work?

Because you are adding pigment I would apply (2) coats of the Standard Primer/Coating.
