here's my dillema i need to change this on part of my truck all ready a huge pita to get to then i stripped the screw out (headlight bezels 96 f150) screw is stuck and i need to swap the parts out any ideas running low here

my grabit failed me for the first time ever only because no room for a drill

No idea what your doing but you say no room for drilling how much room do you have ? enough for air ratchet and Quick Change Drill Bit would need about 3" or cut bit off short and resharpen ........... been there done that

dremel a slot into it and use a flat head screwdriver. use an impact driver if you have the room to swing a hammer.

drill the head of the screw off.. use vise grips to get the rest out after..

yep, did just this yesterday, worked like a charm.

is this case i don't think pics would help i am changing the headlights on my truck and can't get to the screw to show a pic screw in on the left side under the grille in back

Different vehicle but similar problem when replacing all my headlights once. I ended up pulling the entire assembly out to get good access to the screws. Ended up being easier to pull the 6 larger screws than trying to squeeze into the space to get at the 8 little ones that were all frozen/rusted. Replaced with stainless screws.
