Hi, my sons 3 car garage has some rotten brick molding on the vertical support beams between the bays. I am going to treat the beams with wood rot restorer, but there is avoid in the concrete next to the beam wherethe brick molding was. My question is what to fill that void with to keep future water out? thanks, joe

So they poured the concrete around the end of the mounding? Concrete patch should be fine. PVC trim for replacement molding
