How much money?

If you've got the dough the Milwaukee Fuel M18 1/2" impact (the newish one, not the older version) and the Ingersoll Rand W7150 1/2" guns are both excellent choices with fairly comparable specs.

I have a whole mess of Milwaukee cordless tools, and I've had my eye on the high torque Milwaukee 1/2" impact gun for quite a while now.

With that said, there's a ton of guys on here with a ton of cordless tools, and any of the major brands should be able to provide you with a quality 1/2" cordless impact. Dewalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch, Hilti, Hitachi all make excellent tools.

I have an IR 3/8 & 1/2 model and two each of the 3/8 & 1/2 Milwaukee , one of the 1/2 is a fuel model. I prefer the Milwaukee . Plus you can buy the batteries any where. The IR stuff works good too, but it's expensive, and I have had problems with the chargers.
Just my two cents.
Good luck.
