I'm in the process of insulating my unfinished garage in our basement. It's pretty much as simple as it gets, 1 outside cinder block wall on the, the rest is studded. There are exposed floor joists in the ceiling. I have the studded walls insulated. Everything else is exposed. My question is, what do I use on the walls? I was thinking pegboard on the studded walls for easy access to electric components and storage possibilities and a water sealer on the cinder block wall. We're not looking to make this garage the ultimate, just something we did while making the most of what skills we had. A U-CoatIt floor is in the plans, as are some more light fixtures.
Here is an old picture of the garage. Everything but the stuff against the back wall is gone.
Thanks in advance.
