What to re-purpose these "pliers" for ?

Got a bunch of these pliers at the volunteer warehouse. they are specialty medical equipment, used for cutting specific sizes. some of the dies are available but lots more pliers than the cutters . any ideas of a good repurpose for them? I think the thread is 10x1.5 mm

Punch out the roll pin and make a pin spanner? I'd be looking at picking some up but do as I say, not as I do and don't drag any home unless you have an immediate need to make a tool with them. :)

The thread on the thing that holds the die is 10mm in diameter? So the opposing plastic disk is a couple inches? Just trying to get a sense of scale

I have a specialty set of rubber door trim cutters that holds a standard box cutter blade. They are super handy and I use them to cut rubber hose, PEX pipe and other soft stuff. Kind of like this.
