I stored a bag of road salt on my concrete garage floor. I guess the bag leaked when the salt absorbed moisture and salty water ran out of the bag.

Now when ever there's a lot of moisture in the air or ground just that spot sweats and becomes very moist. What can I use to clean the concrete to get what ever leaked out of that bag out of the concrete?

Sure, don't go crazy some pressure washers can eat concrete. The idea is to remove the contaminate and stop the chemical reaction. That area is now has weak concrete that can be removed with force. I would just wash with hose and brush.

I have known those who pick scabs.
