Getting ready to put an ArmorPoxy coating on my shop floor, and there are some hairline cracks, and a few dings/chips. What product that would be readily available at Lowe's/Home Depot would be good to patch those?

Whatever you get, be sure it doesn't have silicone. I used Quikrete 8.6 oz. Epoxy Concrete Repair851af043d2a3093f91242148742e71d5.jpg

Thanks for the suggestions; unfortunately struck out on both at both places. Amazon came through, but of course that means a couple of days before I get the stuff. Gives some time to clean the floor to more easily find the spots, though...

For cracks we recommend our Crack Repair Epoxy Putty. While we don't bless or test any other company's products, many of our clients have used locally available repair products with reasonable success. NO silicone!
